Delivery Return
Wenzhou Yutai Import and Export Co., Ltd. is committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services to our global customers. Please read the following policy regarding the delivery process and return conditions for exported vehicles.
1. Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods:
We arrange shipment via sea freight, land transport, or multimodal logistics based on the destination country and contract terms.
Dispatch Time:
Vehicles are typically dispatched within 7–30 working days after contract confirmation and payment clearance. Custom orders or modifications may require additional time.
Delivery Locations:
We deliver to major international ports or designated logistics hubs as specified in the purchase agreement. Customers may also pick up vehicles at our export warehouse if applicable.
Tracking:
We provide tracking information and shipping documents (such as the Bill of Lading) once the vehicle has been dispatched.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Final Sale Notice:
Due to the nature of international vehicle export, all vehicle sales are final and non-returnable once shipped, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
Return Conditions:
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted under the following circumstances:
Vehicle model or specifications do not match the signed contract
The vehicle arrives with serious transport damage not covered by insurance
A written request for return is made within 7 days of delivery and approved by both parties
Non-Returnable Situations:
Customer-requested modifications or custom features
Delays caused by customs clearance or third-party logistics
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
3. Insurance & Damage Claims
We recommend purchasing transport insurance to cover possible damages during transit. In case of damage, we will assist in filing insurance claims but are not directly liable for logistics-related losses.
